All furniture is leveled and adjusted at the factory, therefore, if you have problems of this order, check that they are level with the floor.
To increase the lifespan of your furniture, avoid people jumping on it and sitting on the armrests and backrests.
Avoid overloading the furniture or using it as a ladder or support.
Avoid dragging furniture. Always try to carry carefully.
Never use solvents, alcohol, acetone, thinner, abrasives, detergent or any other product containing soda or acids to clean or remove stains.
Protect furniture from the weather whenever it is not in use to prolong its lifespan.
Be careful with suntan lotions, repellents, body creams or make up, as they can cause stains.
Cleaning & Conservation
As it is a natural material, wood varies in appearance from one piece of furniture to another due to differences in grain and tone. Over time, it will undergo natural aging, modifying its appearance. Therefore, marked differences in the color of new furniture tend to stabilize over time if exposed to the same environment.
Small imperfections are normal characteristics of wood products, slight cracks, and cracks on the side of the wood can happen. These latches will vary depending on the temperature and humidity of the location in which that are exposed, which can increase in very dry places.
Genuine leather has a charismatic smell, this is the smell of a natural product, and is not contemplated in the warranty. Two skins will never be the same. Differences in tonality and grain denote the natural origin of the product and are considered normal. In the same matter, there may be folds, scarring, stretches and streaks.
Fabric
Avoid prolonged contact with oily substances (creams, suntan lotions, food products) so as not to form stains.
Weekly clean the surface of acrylic fabrics by vacuuming or using soft bristle brushes. This way you prevent particulate dirt (dust, dust) from settling, making it difficult to remove.
In cases of 100% cotton fabric, clean constantly using a soft sponge or damp cloth with neutral soap.
In printed fabrics, avoid excessive friction to avoid pigment removal.
Never use abrasive products or hard bristle brushes.
Do not use chemical cleaning products (alkaline or chlorinated). Wash only with water (room temperature) and mild soap.
Do not use steam iron or excessive heat to avoid shrinkage and yellowing of the fiber (temperature above 110°C).
Leather
Remove dust with a dry, soft cloth.
If liquids (water, soda, milk, etc) are spilled, remove immediately with a soft absorbent cloth or paper towel. Clean with a damp cloth. Let it dry naturally.
If greasy products (oil, creams, chocolate, etc) are spilled, remove immediately with a soft absorbent cloth or paper towel. Clean with a damp cloth and neutral soap, rubbing gently on the area. Let it dry naturally.
Do not use aggressive solvents or cleaning products.
Do not, under any circumstance, use alcohol or acetone.
Wood
On natural wood furniture, no type of wax, furniture polish or any similar product should be applied, unless recommended by the manufacturer.
To clean the wood, use a dry or slightly damp cloth to remove the dust, taking care not to apply force to avoid scratching the surface.
Do not use aggressive solvents or cleaning products.
Do not sand the product.
Metal
Remove dust with a dry, soft cloth.
For cleaning, use a damp cloth with a solution of water and neutral soap, drying with a soft cloth afterwards.
Do not use abrasive products.
Glass and Mirror
To clean colorless glass, painted glass and mirrors, use a cloth dampened with warm water. Dry immediately with soft cloth.
To remove stains, use a cloth dampened with isopropyl alcohol or a specific product for cleaning windows. Be very careful that the liquid does not come into contact with other parts of the furniture.
Never use abrasive products.
