Sustainability Practices

We are proud to compose a group recognized by its customers for its quality and tradition. In 2019, we celebrated our 60th anniversary with the assurance that all our customers were part of this growth and achievement with us. This prestige is deserved and leaves us with the desire to grow even more. We have a trajectory focused on constant improvement through research and the development of new technologies. All of this with the utmost respect for the environment and appreciation for our natural resources. This reflects our concern to offer our best not only to the consumer but to the entire planet.

  • BIOPOLYOLS

Did you know that several foams already have incorporated in their formulations a certain percentage of polyols manufactured from soy? This action reduces the dependence on fossil materials for their production and reduces carbon emission.

  • RESTRICTED SUBSTANCES

Heavy metals, phthalates, and formaldehydes are examples of substances that are being eliminated from our production process, making our products safe for humans!

  • CONTINUOUS PROCESS

The production of foams using a continuous machine is a process that requires minimal washing water and has very low emissions of isocyanate vapors. This contributes greatly to the maximum conversion of raw materials into the final product.

  • WATER REUSE

Did you know that we partially reuse the effluents generated in our Treatment Station? One of the company's guidelines is to increase the reuse of its effluents, reducing the need for the extraction of drinking water for its operations.

  • WASTE MANAGEMENT

What do we do with the waste generated in the production process? We handle the waste by properly treating them and, whenever possible, reusing them. Only, when necessary, they are discarded following appropriate disposal methods.

  • FLEET AND LOGISTICS

Sustainable practices even in logistics? Yes! Our logistics processes are organized to optimize the shipment of goods, reducing the impact of gas emissions resulting from combustion in our vehicles.
