Warranty Coverage

   - Wooden Structure (Upholstered): 1 Year

   - Wood Furniture: 1 Year

   - Foam: 6 Months

   - Fabric: 6 Months

   - Leather: 6 Months

   - Electrical Mechanisms, Hardware, and Other Components: 6 Months

Important Information

Please note, this warranty does not cover:

   - Improper use or handling of the product

   - Failure to follow care guidelines and owner’s manual

   - Wear and changes inherent to natural materials over time

Natural materials may vary in appearance and evolve with use — this is not considered a defect, but part of the unique character of Uultis designs.

Even beyond the warranty period, we are committed to supporting our customers. Should your product fall outside the warranty terms, our team will be happy to assist and provide a fair quote based on the nature of the request and our enduring relationship with you.

How to File a Warranty Claim

To initiate a claim, please contact your sales representative or email uultis@herval.us with the following:

   - Proof of purchase

   - Clear, high-resolution images of the product and the area of concern

   - If possible, include images of the original packaging

The timeline for repairs or replacements may vary based on availability. If original materials are no longer in stock, Uultis reserves the right to substitute with materials of equal value and quality.

Note: This warranty applies exclusively to furniture used in residential environments and does not extend to commercial, institutional, or non-residential use.
